Am I Eligible For NDIS?

NDIS funding is available for all Australian citizens, permanent visa holders and protected special category visa holders who are aged between 7 and 65 that have a permanent or significant disability. If you usually require support from a someone because of a permanent or significant disability, you may be eligible for NDIS funding. We recommend visiting this website and following the steps.

What Supports can be Covered by NDIS Funding?

Better Access Support Services will cover a range of support through the NDIS. These are split into two categories: Core Support and Capacity Building Support. These services include:

• One-to-one support
• Transportation
• Supported Independent Living
• Community Participation
• Specialised Support Employment
• Support Coordination

The NDIS offers three levels of funding:

• Level 1: up to $1,606 for participants who don’t work or study
• Level 2: up to $2,472 for participants who work or study part-time
• Level 3: up to $3,456 for participants who work or are looking to work/study at least 15 hours a week
