Better Access Support Services is a participant focused and family run organisation providing a wide range of support solutions for NDIS participants across the region. We believe in giving those with lifelong or significant disabilities the chance to engage with support that is empowering, culturally appropriate and tailored to their needs.

Our Personal Connection

Better Access Support Services is led by Adrian Strachan, an experienced NDIS Support Manager and Support Coordinator with more than 5 years industry experience in Disability Services.

“Having worked for other NDIS support providers in Toowoomba, I grew to understand the connection participants were seeking beyond just getting support at home or in the community.

Better Access was born from my personal experience of family members living with the challenges of their disability and the knowledge that all NDIS participants needed a more personalised service.”

Our aim is to give NDIS participants Better Access to their lives in a broader way and provide quality support that we would give to our own family.

Our Support Services

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

If you or a loved one are living with a lifelong or significant disability, you may be eligible and qualify for NDIS funding. Our services are available once your funding is approved. If you are unsure how to determine your eligibility, we recommend following the steps outlined on the NDIS website.
