Support Coordination Services

Support Coordination is a specialised service designed to assist NDIS participants with managing their funded supports and linking to providers that can assist them to meet their goals. Better Access Support Services offers tailored Support Coordination with extensive knowledge of the supports available throughout the region. Support Coordinators are able to coach you in managing your plan and funding so that you can regain your independence when using NDIS funded supports.
